To mark Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee, for one year only, all essay, photo and film entries will become a part of the Jubilee Time Capsule. Your entry will join 22,000 others - one for each day that Her Majesty has been head of the Commonwealth - in the world's biggest history project. In 2012, you could win a prize in both the Young Commonwealth Competitions, and the Jubilee Time Capsule!

For this special year, all online entries must be uploaded directly to the Jubilee Time Capsule website.
Please be sure to use the 'Describe it' box to indicate if your entry is for the essay, photo, or film competition.
- Essay: The Jubilee Time Capsule does not accept pdf or word documents. Please click on 'Text' to add your entry. Feel free to upload illustrations or photos to accompany your essay, but please do not include any scans of written work.
- Film: Entrants should submit one film up to 4 minutes long, and up to 500 words of accompanying text.
- Photo: Entrants should submit one photo and up to 500 words of accompanying text.
