A special, separate prize-giving was held in Port of Spain at the International Financial Centre on the 3rd December, attended by the winners of both groups, Ira Mathur (judge), Deborah Jean-Baptiste-Samuel (judge) and Ambassador Luis Alberto Rodriguez.
